Our Story
A family story born in Barranquilla
Our story began more than 43 years ago in Barranquilla, Colombia, when Ana María Donado founded Casa Schlegel Donado, a family business dedicated to designing and producing carefully crafted furniture and interiors.
Marianna Schlegel Donado joined the family business in 2008, followed by Daniella three years later. Together, they continued building a creative legacy shaped by thoughtful design, craftsmanship and a shared appreciation for beautiful spaces.
The beginning of Baby Casa Schlegel Donado
When Marianna became a mother in 2016, a new chapter began. Her experience preparing a nursery inspired the family to create Baby Casa Schlegel Donado: a brand devoted to helping families welcome their babies with meaningful, functional and beautifully designed spaces.
What started with cribs, changing tables, rocking chairs and bedding has grown into a carefully curated collection of nursery décor, baby essentials and personalized gifts.
