Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do.

If you're unhappy with your product we don´t accept returns or exchanges, we can study your case and decide If you have received an item with a a manufacturer’s defect — wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc.. You can send an email to casasdbaby@gmail.com with your name, order number and reasons why you want to returne your product. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. The cost of shipping to return your item will be deducted from your refund.

We can not accept returns of monogrammed items, masks and international shipments. If we accept returns of our product they must be in new unused condition, with tags and original packaging and returned within 15 days of delivery.
