Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday and strive to ship your order within two days (please allow for 4 extra weeks for monogrammed orders). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your product. Please contact us at casasdbaby@gmail.com  if you have any questions about your order. Transit times to the U.S. can vary depending on your location, but orders should arrive in 4-8 business days.
We use third-party shipping providers. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. Please directly reach out to the shipping courier if any of these issues occur with your order.
