linen and cotton care instructions:

Use a mild detergent (such as Softly Delicates) that contains no bleach or optical brighteners. If you choose to hand wash only leave your linen to soak for a maximum of 10 minutes. Air-dry your linen in the shade. If needed, linen can be tumble-dried on low heat.

Preparation

1.⁠ ⁠Clean the wall with a damp cloth to remove dust and grease.
2.⁠ ⁠Ensure the wall is dry and smooth.
3.⁠ ⁠Apply a wallpaper adhesive if necessary.

Application

1.⁠ ⁠Measure the wall and cut the wallpaper according to the measurements.
2.⁠ ⁠Apply adhesive to the back of the paper.
3.⁠ ⁠Start applying the paper from the center of the wall, smoothing outwards.
4.⁠ ⁠Use a roller or soft cloth to remove air bubbles.
5.⁠ ⁠Trim excess paper at edges and corners.

Tips

•⁠  ⁠Use a level to ensure the paper is straight.
•⁠  ⁠Apply paper in sections to avoid mistakes.
•⁠  ⁠Do not stretch the paper, as it may deform.
•⁠  ⁠For optimal results, consider hiring a professional to install the wallpaper with special adhesive.

Care and Maintenance

•⁠  ⁠Clean the paper with a soft, damp cloth.
•⁠  ⁠Avoid using chemicals or abrasive products.

All our products are handmade especially for you, so the processing and shipping time is 1 to 4 weeks from the confirmation of your order.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your product. Please contact us at casasdbaby@gmail.com if you have any questions about your order.

Transit times in Colombia may vary depending on your location, but orders should arrive within 4-8 business days after shipping.

We use third-party shipping providers, most of the time Fedex. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, held, or damaged during transit. Please contact the courier service directly if any of these issues occur with your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note custom charges are responsible by recipient. International sales are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love our products as much as we do.

If you're unhappy with your product we don't accept returns or exchanges, we can study your case and decide If you have received an item with a a manufacturer’s defect — wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc.. You can send an email to casasdbaby@gmail.com with your name, order number and reasons why you want to returne your product. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. The cost of shipping to return your item will be deducted from your refund.

We can not accept returns of monogrammed items, masks and international shipments. If we accept returns of our product they must be in new unused condition, with tags and original packaging and returned within 15 days of delivery.
